caught up with me...

I guess when I wasn't listening to my heart crying "enough already!" my body decided to force me. I'm sick. Blech.

    are you trying to say that you possibly have illness related to E.Coli or were those two seperate issues?

    good news...I don't have an E.coli infection...just run of the mill food poisoning. :S
