Maybe it's not "second star on the right and straight on 'til morning", but I am flying off to Submissive Journey Weekend 2011. I did end up getting a hair trim and re-dying it a reddish-dark brown. I managed to get the grass cut, the laundry done, the bills paid, and the childcare scheduled...all before I left. I *think* I am heading out with a better mindset for presenting that I had last year...and I *think* I'm better prepared.
Part of me wishes I was driving...keeping myself limited to a single carry-on is both a boon (cause it's three days and I'd overpack otherwise) and a bane (cause I'd love to bring my drums and my yoga mat and all my essential oils and...)
But today is the day! I'm probably already gone by the time you get to reading this. "See" ya next week!
